Tiffany is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has provided counseling since 2010. She passionately helps her clients remember they are enough. She has focused her career on treatment for women navigating eating disorder recovery, poor body image, poor relationships with themselves and food, substance abuse, anxiety, and low self-worth. She is passionate about treating women and helping them find their purpose and self-worth. Tiffany believes you can love yourself, your body, and your relationship with food.
She attended Argosy University where she graduated with honors and received her Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling. She received her Bachelor degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University. She taught psychology courses in the Behavioral Sciences department at Utah Valley University from 2012-2017 and stopped teaching to focus on her counseling practice in 2018.
Tiffany utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy in treatment and believes a holistic treatment approach supports total resolution and healing.

Joe is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with specialized training in the treatment of trauma and its many expressions from substance abuse to behavioral addictions. He has been practicing in Utah since 2012 and utilizes revolutionary approaches to provide his clients with new, empowering, and refreshing experiences in counseling. Joe loves working with teens and adults.
His Master degree in Mental Health Counseling was gained from Argosy University in which he graduated summa cum laude, and his Bachelor degree was earned from Westminster College in Clinical Psychology. Joe has also studied meditation and mindfulness for over a decade in traditional Tibetan forms as well as modernized clinical variations. He is a featured speaker with the international author coaching organization, Calliope, and frequently provides meditative groups for various addiction rehab centers across Utah.
Joe blends unique meditative practices and philosophy with highly sought after techniques such as EMDR, Brain-spotting, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to create insightful, inspired, and lasting impacts with his clients.

Maggi is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Her training includes Child-Centered Play Therapy, EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, & Emotionally Focused Therapy. She loves working with children, couples, & teen girls. Maggi utilizes sand tray and art therapy along with talk therapy techniques in session.
