Group therapy is a powerful and affordable supplement to your mental health, self-care, and well-being.
Building groups for:
- Intuitive Eating + Body Image Group – Learn skills to improve your relationship with food and body.
- Mindfulness & Meditation Group – Learn present moment living and practice meditation in a group setting.
- Emotional Management Group – Learn coping skills, tools, and techniques to manage emotions.
- “I Am Enough Group” – Perfectionism, Self-Compassion, & Self-Love.
Group therapy is $70 for a 90-minute group of at least three people.
