Our mental health studio space is for everyone, not just counseling clients. Therapy is cool, but mental health self-care is more than therapy alone! This is why we opened our mental health studio space. Our space offers various modalities and integrates mind, body, heart, and holistic wellness. We are an inclusive and safe space for all folks. No stigma here!
Join us for meditation, mental health and trauma informed yoga, kundalini yoga, somatic movement, body inclusive personal training, sound baths, affirmation groups, “thereoke” (therapeutic karaoke), classes, and events in our mental health studio space.
