What is a sound bath?

Sound bath events include live original music from Good Vibes Collective, meditation and breath work, plus the deeply healing sounds of the gong and the crystal singing bowls.

Both the gong and the bowls use theta waves (think REM sleep and a meditative state) and delta waves (that deep dreamless sleep that the body needs for healing) to help quiet the mind, calm the heart, and heal the soul.

Kundalini Yoga, Meditation &

Tara is a KRI certified Kundalini yoga teacher and Mayo Clinic certified wellness coach who specializes in sound therapy and trauma recovery. She holds an English Linguistics and editing degree from Brigham Young University, and worked for years in the wellness industry as a communications and education specialist. She is a trauma survivor who found immense healing through

Kundalini yoga and sound therapy, so she left her corporate job to share those tools with others. She is passionate about holding space for humans who are ready to heal (or are thinking about it) and believes that no one has to be a victim of their circumstances! We are too powerful not to have joy in this life—it is our birthright! Tara plays the gong and crystal singing bowls and is the founder of Good Vibes Collective, a collection of online yoga and meditation courses, wellness coaching, sound healing events, and original meditation music to help people heal their lives and raise their vibes. 


Who is the sound bath class for?

EVERYONE! This class is designed for anyone (regardless of their experience with yoga or meditation) who would like to learn how to meditate and have more power over their personal space and energy. It is beautiful for men and women and requires little flexibility.
